Dr. Laszlo Johnkirtley Makk, MD

Dr Makk did an upper GI on my Dad this past Friday. He did a great job - very thorough and efficient. He’s personable and has excellent communication skills. I highly recommend Dr Makk for any GI issues.

He did not gauge the size of my throat and when he decided to stretch my esophagus he actually torn it. It was extremely painful but he didnt even acknowledged it until I call later that evening . He had me to meet him at the hospital and not check in with anyone first. He and a tech preformed a test . I had to drink somthing that tasted so horrible while already in sever pain..it took them hours to come back with the results..and then he was vague. He did call me every day for the next 8 weeks and gave me his cell phone. He had messed me up so bad no other doctor would touch me. I had a very huge hernia and my stomach was through my diaphragm and I got a call from Makk that a surgeon named Russell William agreed to take me as a patient and he was truly a life saver. Thank God for Dr. Williams.. but I would never return to Makk

Dr. Makk is the best!!! I've been with him for several years and you will find no better of a person and Doctor. He is so caring for the patient. He gives your time to explain your issue and then he takes action on what action he needs to take. I will forever be a fan of his and I will be around as long as he will have me!!!! Thank you for everything you've done for my family and myself! Love hugs and prayers always!

I cannot say enough good things about Dr. Makk and his staff. He is the person who figured out that a big part of my GI issues were to previously sustained neurological damage. He, as well as his staff, are warm and welcoming. Outstanding.

I promised to check back in with him but he called me first! Rare behavior from a doctor; he cares!

Dr. Makk and his staff are always nice to work with. You are not rushed through office visits. They follow up with you.
