Working with me, you will experience an empathetic, non-judgmental, holistic and strength-based approach to conquering your challenges and relationship barriers. I have received a Master’s in Marriage and Family Therapy and a Master’s in Education with a specialization in child development. I am trained in healthy relationship building and mental health services.

My passion is to work with people in creating meaning to life experiences, regulation of emotions and establishing effective coping skills, while navigating in a world of emotional chaos to begin thriving rather than surviving.
