I waited nearly two months for this endocrinology appointment, expecting a thorough evaluation and guidance from a specialist. Unfortunately, I left feeling disappointed and without the help I was seeking. Much of the visit was spent reviewing information already available in MyChart rather than discussing my current concerns. When I mentioned my diabetic neuropathy, my feet were not examined. Instead, I was told that the podiatrist had probably addressed it. As someone seeking specialized endocrine care for diabetes, I expected a more comprehensive assessment. I also asked about using a continuous glucose monitor. Rather than discussing whether it was appropriate for my situation, the request was quickly declined without a clear explanation. Another concern was the suggestion to increase one of my medications simply after noticing the dosage on my medication list. My primary care physician had carefully adjusted my treatment over time, and I would have appreciated a discussion based… on my medical history, laboratory results, and current condition before recommending any changes. Overall, I felt that my concerns were not fully heard and that the appointment lacked the individualized guidance I expected from an endocrinology specialist. After waiting two months for this appointment, I had hoped to leave with a clearer understanding of my condition and a thoughtful treatment plan. Instead, I left feeling that my concerns had not been adequately addressed. The indifference about my medical history, and a disregard for my health and medical condition made me feel very sad and uncomfortable. I hope this feedback encourages the practice to place greater emphasis on listening to patients, conducting thorough evaluations, and providing clear explanations for medical recommendations.

Good experience with Dr Valle. Good diagnosis, recommended course of action, prescribed medication. Any questions I had were answered clearly and easily understood. My condition improved and was under control within a few months. No changes and still in good health over one year later.

I was so impressed with Dr. Valle. She is truly cares about her patients. I was so nervous going in to see a specialist about my Thyroid. She put me at ease instantly. She answered all my questions, without acting like I was taking up her time. I would strongly reccomend Dr. Valle. She is awesome
