Dr. Laughlin Mccollester, DO

I have a cyst in my brain that I believe to be causing me massive neurological issues. My headaches are getting unbearable. I was told if it gets to bad to go to the ER and they will contact a neurosurgeon. I went in, even though I had just seen my doctor, but it was new pain, that was really horrible. The ER doc took an accusatory tone with me from the beginning. He told me told me that he is unable to call on a neurosurgeon, ever. They did give me an MRI and when I asked about inconsistencies in it compared to the last one, he snapped at me. He basically said I'm an idiot because I don't have medical training. I may not have a medical degree, but I have common sense. The cyst is growing, which is seen on every one of the MRI's, but he insisted that it wasn't my problem. I am pretty sure he never even looked at the MRI or contacted a neurosurgeon to look at it. If I am wrong, so be it, but being an a**hole to me because I ask questions, that is unacceptable. This is not someone coming… in because of a cut on there finger. This is serious. Explain to me why I am wrong. I actually am smart enough to understand. If something bad happens to me I will sue every doctor in my care. I am fed up with no one taking me serious. I'm not really the type of person to sue either, but this is my life. It is important to me. It may not be important to you, but then maybe you shouldn't be a doctor then, huh?
