Dr. Laura Sue Allen, MD

Dr. Laura Sue Allen is as a board-certified family medicine specialist. Dr. Allen completed an internship and family practice residency at Ochsner Hospital in Jefferson, LA, and was named co-chief resident. She earned her medical degree from Louisiana State University Medical School in New Orleans, LA. Before joining Conviva in 2023, Dr. Allen practiced family medicine with St. Elizabeth Physicians in Aurora and Greendale, IN, becoming the lead physician in 2022. She previously saw patients with Kings Daughters Medical Center, Cedar Knoll Flatwoods Family Care Center, and Flatwoods Family Care Center from 2003 to 2015. She maintained a private practice from 1997 to 2003. Dr. Allen chose medicine driven to positively impact people's lives by prioritizing their health. She is passionate about guiding patients toward better health through exercise, healthy nutrition, and managing their medical concerns holistically.
