If I could leave 0 stars I would. I didn’t even get to see the Dr., because she was too busy to be at my appointment. I made this appt weeks ago, very much excited about this hoping I’d finally found a dr to talk with me about hormones. I received a few reminders, and took off the half day from work to get there on time (15 min early). After finding parking, getting lost in the building, and filling out my paperwork, I was waiting to be called back with 5 minutes to spare. I heard my name at 3:37… just to be told that because I was not 30 minutes early, the Dr wouldn’t be able to see me, and that “they told me” to be that early. In a text reminder. An hour before I was meant to be there. What I was hoping would be an appt to finally take a step to resolving years of pain, instead resulted in tears and frustration, on my birthday nonetheless. I promise I had several better ways to waste my time today. I’ve worked in medical a LONG time, and been late a few times myself, never heard of… something as unprofessional as canceling after someone is early, and waiting for almost an hour. 10/10 do not recommend.

Physician was unfriendly, cold, impersonal, was not connecting at all. Dismissive of my concerns. Did not examine me, spent very little time with me. Lacked any bedside manner. I've had lots of good doctors in the past, but I won't go back to her, and would not recommend to anyone.

I have had a lot of issues over many years with endometriosis, my IUD and generally aging as a woman. Dr. Andreson has been incredibly warm, supportive and empathetic as we have worked through many rounds of trying to remove my IUD (placed by another Physician) and different methods to manage by pelvic pain and other symptoms related to endometriosis. It's incredibly important for a woman to trust her gynecologist and I feel better about my future with Dr. Andreson treating me. I can't recommend her enough!

I tried to tell her my family medical history and she dismissed me and diagnosed me before even doing an exam. Very upset with the care provided.

...maybe her lack of being "present' means time to hang it up

Sent me for a procedure that I had an adverse reaction to. She didn’t want to accept that. I had NON-STOP issues with my vagina for 6 months. Infections, discomfort, burning etc. She kept saying all was ok inspite of repeated appointments. Decided to finally switch to another practice after she thought I needed the fourth round of antibiotics. Was diagnosed, medicated, and now happier!! Pls do not go to this doctor unless it is a very basic requirement that you have ... and no one else is available.

She most not practice you any surgery! your are your own risk!!

I was put on a birth control pill that had many negative side effects for me; one of them being it made me want to commit suicide. I was told to keep taking it and she refused to switch me to something else because supposedly the side effects couldn't start within two months (except after I stopped taking the pill on my own the side effects eventually all went away). I called three times all together to switch to a different pill and twice I never got a call back. There was also a very long wait time of around an hour when I went in for my scheduled appointment. I felt like no one listened to my concerns or cared about my pain.
