Laura A Bochenczak, RN, BSN, APNP

I graduated in 1995 with my nursing degree from Carroll University. I practiced for over 21 years as an RN in a variety of specialties including labor and delivery, cardiology, and gastroenterology. I obtained my Nurse Practitioner degree from Marian University in 2016 with a focus on adult and gerontology. I am proud to be part of the nursing profession and an advanced practice provider. I enjoy educating my patients about preventative care, disease processes, and treatment options. I enjoy spending time with my family, hiking, walking, and being outdoors at our lake house.My philosophy of care is to form a partnership with each of my patients. This partnership allows me to provide compassionate, holistic, evidence based care in order to help them optimize and achieve their personal health care goals. My goal is to educate and encourage patients and their families to become responsible for their own health, by working collaboratively with other members of the health care team.
