Dr was not nice or personable and seemed dismissive of my needs

Making any appointment, let alone a sick appointments is impossible, they either try to schedule you in a month later or tell you to go to their walk-in Urgent Care Center (just so you have to pay more). The front office staff are rude & not helpful in the least. They have a 7 minute late policy, if you happen to be 7 minutes late, they reschedule your appointment. I've been going there for a couple years now, finally had my last straw with them, & switched doctor offices while I was standing in their office because of their 7 minute rule. It's okay for myself as a patient to have had to wait an entire hour (45 minutes in the wait room & 15 in the exam room) just to be seen, but if you're 7 minutes late, OH NO they must reschedule your appointment. I've had to wait so long that I walked out of the exam room & took my copay back, its a chronic issue on their end. When they canceled my appointment for being 5 minutes late for an appointment that took me over a month to schedule because I… had to pick up forms for the doctor to sign, that was my last straw. Best thing I ever did was leave this doctor. The only reason I even went to her was because my chiropractor recommended her, I told him not to refer anyone to her anymore, his response was, "I stopped about a month ago because I kept getting bad reviews from my patients about her office." If you go to this office you will regret wasting your time.
