Amazing doctor. Caring. Always follows up!

Front desk is standard. Not overly nice or thorough. Could be more warm and welcoming. Dr cha always seems rushed, goes through the standard check list. For my annual. I raised concern for the birth control I was on and she brushed it off and said its up to me to make that desiciom. Did not give me her professional recconendation when I needed it whatsoever.Always very short in response. Office appointment rooms are very outdated and seem messy with old and new supplies laying around. Not too personable. Doesn't remind me to schedule for my annual like most medical professionals do. Very standard, nothing special.

The staff is rude. You walk in to the office not knowing which secretary to turn to, and everyone ignores you. They recorded my phone number incorrectly twice, resulting in me not getting significant test results for over a month. Dr. Cha obviously doesn't look at patients' charts before coming into the exam room, because she'll ask you questions about procedures that she previously performed and medical history that is already recorded in your chart. The same information must be exchanged at every visit. It makes me wary of her. She is very nice, though!
