Dr Charette is an excellent, very caring physician. She takes her time, listens and loves her patients.

My son had an ear infection that lasted for almost 6 months while under the care of another doctor. Dr Charette was the only one who caught it. OverALL she's my only pick hands down.

Dr. Charette is the best doctor I have experienced since my own pediatrician as a child! She takes all the time you want, answers all questions thoroughly and patiently until you have a complete understanding. She is empathetic, kind, caring and sincere. Along with all of these attributes, she is also a first rate doctor who is extremely knowledgeable both scholastically as well as practically. I have 100% confidence and peace of mine with her; she is the BEST in the entire Tidewater area!

She has been my daughters doctor for 18 years and I have trusted her and have been more than pleased with every aspect of the care that she has given my daughter and our family. You could not find a better doctor. :D

My two girls have gone to Dr. Charette for about 18 years. We live in Virginia Beach and had NO problem driving to Norfolk to see her. Ironically now that my girls are older and could drive themselves, she's now in Virginia Beach near us. She has ALWAYS taken the time to talk to my girls and to make sure they understand what she's saying. She took care of my eldest through her college years, and it was a sad day when she had to move on to a family practitioner. She is a wonderful human being, mother and Doctor, and we are happy that she is and was my girls' Pediatrician. Thank you!

Dr. Charette is just what we were looking for in a pediatrician. She is knowledgeable, caring and spends as much time as needed for our little guy or his parents who have a ton of questions. :-) Unlike other practices where you might see multiple doctors, when your little one has Dr. Charette as their physician, she is the only one you see. What a relief to find her.

She's exceptional-we are so happy to have found her! Our children love Dr. Laura and we do too-she's so warm and kind and makes our children look forward to doctor's appointments!
