Dr. Laura Michelle Covert

I have been going to this office ever since relocating from California a few years ago. At times this office was very understanding and accommodating which was very much appreciated. However, at times I had felt as though the receptionists would be incredibly short and temperamental if there were any issues raised from a patients perspective. I wish I had be listened to and taken more seriously, and felt more comfortable and less judged. People go to their doctors to find comfort, answers, and to overall just feel better. That is their job and that is why we turn to them. It is incredibly frustrating to go on a run around for months and still not be taken seriously, be heard, and for none of them to accept any kind of responsibility. Unfortunately, I will be having to look for a different physician because I want to go somewhere I feel cared about. Like all of us.

Dr. Covert is easy to talk too. She takes time with you and very caring about your needs. Easy to schedule appointments with too.
