Dr. Laura Ann Crandall, DO

Dr Crandall is the ultimate professional always willing to spend time with you and really hearing what you have to say. Diagnosing and treating as she should. The staff is a bit unorganized and too long of phone recordings.

First of all, this is NOT a picture of Dr. Crandall. I have had 2 appointments with her, and although she seems to be fine, her staff is totally incompetent. They say to allow 48 hrs for a prescription refill, but it may take a week or longer before they call it into the pharmacy. I called once and asked for a callback from the Dr. and it took one full week for them to respond. I am now looking for another Dr. It's a shame, because Dr. Crandall seemed like a really good Dr. but the service from the staff is terrible.

Mismanaged urine samples so they were inaccurate; said I didn't take pills. Rude and callous.
