Dr. Laura Jean Dalton, MD

Dr. Dalton is one of my favorite doctors and I don't like doctors. Mostly I deal with very pedantic, annoying men who downplay your fears or questions. Dr. Dalton doesn't do that. She listens and makes a recommendation based on what she hears from you and her experience. If you're in Benicia, you want a female physician and one that tries to provide the best service available -- this is the one.

In a world of pre-packaged medical care when doctors have to see as many patients as they can Dr. Dalton takes the time to really listen to me. When I had a personal crisis the day of my visit she took as much time as I needed to share my angst. She knows just the right thing to say at the right time to motivate me to do the things I need to do for my health.She is very up to date in her approach to wellness. She is cost conscious about the medications she recommends. She allows the patient to take an active role in the process and makes shure I understand what is being done and why.
