Dr. Laura E Davis, MD

Dr. Davis was great at first but then tried to tell me what she thought was wrong with me. I followed my instinct and I was right and she was wrong. Ive had 2 surgeries to correct my problems. Had I listened to Dr. Davis, I would still be getting worse and would have had a shortened life span. Whew. Im glad I didn't listen. Follow your instincts.

This could be a great place but they over extend themselves. They have several office in the Atlanta area and at my office (Stone Mountain) it's as if they try and fit all 300 patients in, in 2 days a month. Not efficient at all. The longer we have been going the longer the wait time has gotten. We have had to end treatment here, and it's still taking over 2 months to rid ourselves of the headache this place is causing.

Money takes priority over proper treatment. 5x more expensive than other orthodontist. Staff is nice, but is complicit in the overcharging. Once treatments are over results aren't satisfactory.

With my daughter they chipped her tooth when removing braces. Then teeth still weren't straight and she had to do invisaline for two more years. Then my son has had his on for 6years when dr said it'd be 2... And yes he always wore his bands and made appointments. Now they are claiming I owe $$$ from 3 years ago when I know I paid the payoff in cash. And The girl I paid no longer works there as she was fired shortly after. Not to mention the hours long wait times. Some of the staff is wonderful (milenda and stephe, while Myhia is aweful. Ugh. On a positive note dr Davis is a very sweet woman.

This office is money hungry!. My daughter was fit for herbst to help correct her overbite, every month her device broke and we had to pay out of pocket. After her braces were removed we had to pay another 600$ to cover her retainer. This office is all about MONEY!!!!!! Not the care for your teeth

I am outraged with this office right now!!! I just spoke to Melissa at the Morrow office regarding a retainer I wanted a refund for due to non-service. Apparently, if services are not rendered after a year (I had to get an implant), there are no refunds. Since, this language was not in the contract, I questioned the office process for notifying the patient. Melissa spoke to me like a child!!!! She spoke over me, she would not listen to me, and she kept telling me that there was no one else for me to speak to other than her! I hate to feel like I don't have alternatives when handling business. There are always alternatives. I especially hate to feel like I am not being heard. I become enraged when I feel like a person tells me to "shut up and deal with it" in so many words and in an aggressive tone!! I HAVE ALWAYS DISLIKED THE ADMINISTRATIVE STAFF!!!! THEY ARE VERY RUDE AND UNPROFESSIONAL!!!!

The customer service of the front office staff is horrible. The right hand doesn't know what the left hand is doing. If a business quotes a price to a customer. Then the Dr. Should honor it.. After all it's her business. Dr Davis doesn't have a clue what is join on. Nothing personal however customer service and wait time is HORRIBLE!

Super long wait times. No flexibility on appointments; especially if you have to cancel due to unforeseen events.

Wait time is always over an hour and when finally seen, treatment is rushed. All staff is friendly, but they keep so busy that it feels like they just want to get to next patient. No explanation about what is being done or why.

Great office! Great staff! Always a pleasant visit! Love Dr. Davis and her staff
