worst office staff ever!!!!!!! shouldn't have to wait 2 weeks for a presciption to get filled. dr doesn't get messages, this office staff should be replaced with people who care, Dr is great - it's a shame she'll lose patients due to the office staff

Dr. Laura is an excellent doctor. She was wonderful during office visits taking the time and patience to actual talk to my husband and myself about my husbands recovery from his stroke. But the office staff that handles the medical paper work is the worst I've ever experienced. Terrible at submitting paper work for disablilty and SSDI. They don't answer phone calls from either the patient or the lawyers. As much as I would like to send somebody to Dr Laura because we loved her so much as a doctor, I cant bacause of the office management.
