Laura utilizes a combination of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Acceptance Commitment Therapy (ACT) to assist clients who struggle with anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, chronic medical or other mental health conditions. She strives to help clients identify how their thoughts, feelings and behaviors are all connected. Laura believes in strengthening psychological flexibility by using a mindfulness based approach with behavior change strategies. She will use a holistic, biopsychosocial approach to creating a specialized treatment plan for each client.
