Dr. Laura V Frontera, MD

I'm a worrywart type of mother and, admittedly, and annoying parent. To me, when it comes to my girls there is no one better than Dr. Frontera. From the moment they were born Dr. Frontera has been their PCP and no matter how many after-hour doctors and emergency visits I go to, I find that no one takes care of my girls better than Frontera. EVERY SINGLE TIME I call she calls me back with a response and a solution. Whenever they need anything or have any problem she resolves it immediately. My oldest is 4 and youngest is 9 months old and she has offered them the best service from day one. In all honesty, because of these ridiculous accusations online I almost missed out on a wonderful doctor. I went in to see Dr. Villar in Chapel trail and because there was a long waiting list to make new appointments with her I decided to just go with Dr. Frontera because my daughter was days old with bilirubin problems. Frontera never missed a beat. She knows what she is talking about she was… constantly calling and making sure everything was okay with my eldest. I will never change my daughters PCP, Frontera is the best pediatrician I’ve ever encountered. I have worked in a medical office for over 12 years, and doctors have no control over waiting times or staff. They have to work with the tools the facility offers them and situations that present themselves are always out of their hands. I have never had to wait long for Frontera and, furthermore, my daughters are healthy and love her, which is what matters most. Frontera, if you're reading this, ignore them you are doing a great job and I have never regretted entrusting both my girl's health in your hands. We love you very much!!! The Lorenzo Family!!!!

She has a terrible attitude and on top of that she is not knowledgeable.

The facility, office staff and nurses are great, but this specific physician is disrespectful and has a poor attitude. During an appointment when my child was self-reporting during the patient history, she basically called her a liar, which truly reflects as unprofessional. Not at all what I would expect or want in a health care provider, especially for children and adolescents. In a doctoring profession, there is no excuse for this to be the legacy you leave in patient interactions. Perhaps she should consider research.

Got in because of a first time consultation and left with post traumatic stress for all the nonsense this "physician" said after 5 minutes of reviewing my child's screening. This lady has issues, she shouldn't being attending children, does not know how to address or explain a situations, and on top of all, her attitude and rudeness make parents uncomfortable and imposes her demanding to the point of feelinf threatend.

I have been seeing doctor Frontera for over 8 years. I moved from NYC and it was hard to find a good doctor here in South Florida. When I met her I knew I found my children pediatrician. She is straight to the point, does not sugar coat things and is on top of her patients. My daughter had a incident in which needed an ambulance and admitted to the hospital during the weekend. Before I could contact her she called me first thing Monday morning and already knew what was going on with my child. She ALWAYS calls when requested and again, on top of her patients. I could not have found a better doctor for my family!!!!!! Thank you Dr. Frontera! Rodriguez Family

HORRIBLE PERSON. NEVER GO TO THIS DOCTOR, SHE HAS A LICENSE TO LIE IN YOUR FACE AND THE WAY SHE TREATS PEOPLE SIMPLY UNACCEPTABLE.

I’ve taken my kids to see her a couple of times and I refuse to see her again. She had the worst bedside manners and should not be a pediatrician. She makes you feel rushed and she is annoyed with your visit. Horrible dr.

I must agree with the previous reviews regarding this doctor. I've had this misfortune of being scheduled twice with her. Horrible experience both time. The office staff is amazing and so are the other doctors she is extremely subpar

Dr. Frontera is amazing. I go to pediatric associates and she has helped me with my daughter and gone above and beyond to help. I recommend her to everyone. She was also the only Pediatrician in Memorial hospital who realized my daughter had yellow skin because of high bilirubin and sent me the billy blanket.

I have NO CLUE why this woman decided to be in Pediatrics! She is the WORST doctor I have ever had the misfortune of meeting! Her attitude made me feel like I was a bother to her, and never asked me any questions regarding my newborn... I was so put off by her nasty attitude that I left the visit feeling as though I should take my newborn to another practice ASAP!!!!! I DO NOT recommend her at all!!! I honestly dont know why she would go into Pediatrics or Medicine at all if she treats patients this way! Our children deserve doctors who care... She absolutely does not!
