Had an MRI and got no results for 6 weeks even though I called 3 times. Dr is not responsive to issues and at times lacks empathy. Have had to follow up several times to get an answer. Extremely difficult to reach. Phone answering system is turned off at least one day a week. In a 3 week period I was on hold for over 40 minutes several times. When leaving a message at 9:00 am often not getting a response until after 1:00 pm.

Dr. Laura Gioiella has been my Primary Care Physician since she took over for Dr. Kinnel in Wilbraham. For 25 years and many office moves, she has seen me through a couple of scary moments. I appreciate that speaks plainly and directly while being kind, understanding, professional and thorough. I have been very lucky to have her with me and feel safe in her care.

Dr and her personal PA are always helpful in scheduling appts when needed even on short notice. Dr. takes time to fully evaluate me and discuss diagnosis and treatments. Conviently attached to a location that offers a walk in urgent care center that will send my info to her if I need follow up care and so my visit is noted in my records. I have found her to be a wonderful primary care Dr.

It is impossible to get a sick visit with this Doctor. I have had to go to the urgent care facility every time I have an "unscheduled problem". I would not recommend this Dr.
