I had to wait a long time to see my doctor.

We tried to become new patients and Dr. Gray Was not welcoming, warm, or collaborative. It was like she operated from a text book. We felt it was not a good fit for our family as an open-minded collaborative doctor is important to us. We tried to switch doctors within the practice since we only met her once. We were bullied out of the practice and none of the other doctors would take us. They didn't even meet us! In my job if I refused to give someone my services that I am paid to give I would be fired. I was not given a choice to whom my doctor would be moving to the practice and I was basically told I could not have another doctor. I even went to the medical director and they did not take accountability for the way my family was treated. Then all the other childres' hospital doctors were not accepting new patients and the medical director did nothing to help us find a doctor close by. The tried to send us 45 minutes away. Basically their doctors are entitled and do not… have to take accountability for discrimination, inflexibility and poor bedside Manor.
