My husband was coming in to follow-up surgery and his very high blood pressure. He was in a lot of pain. they took our insurance information and then demanded $65 before they would see him even though our co-pay is only $20. When we objected, we were told the doctor would not see us if we didn't pay cash up front. They even refused to check his blood pressure. When we made the appt, we were told they accept our insurance. Quite a bait and switch that left my husband in a lot of pain with an open wound on his foot and a blood pressure of 200/140
