Seemed nice enough but failed. Beware.

Bedside manner counts and there are too many socially inept physicians. Worse yet are the deceptive experiences as with this doctor, who might indicate empathy but in the end fails at her most important roles as a medical professional.

Dr. Laura Hill is always very professional and great at active listening.

A very cool, detached doctor that shows little personal interest in her patient. She spends most of her 5 minutes with you typing on her laptop. It would also be nice if either she or her nurse would reacquaint themselves with the patient chart before entering the room. At every annual physical for the past 4 years I have been told to prepare myself for a pelvic exam until I REMIND them I’ve had a hysterectomy!

after telling her about new hip pain, she did not again address it.Did not do pelvic with my pap test and obviously was not too observant because 4 days later I had a prolapsed uterus. I plan on changing Dr's. I visit a Dr. once a year for my annual physical so it is not like I am constantly visiting with new complaints or chronic complaints. I feel if she spent less time typing on her computer she would actually be able to hear what her patients are telling her.
