Laura Ann Jacobs

Laura is the most arrogant and uncaring medical professional I have ever encountered. Recently I developed very yellow skin and severely swollen ankles which often indicate liver or kidney issues. I contacted a specialist who indicated she would need a referral from my primary care. So, I contacted Laura, and to make a long story short, over 11 days (yes, 11 days) passed with no response at all from Laura. During that time, I followed up twice and the nurse said she was working on it. On one call the nurse said that Laura would be faxing the information to the specialist that day. She never sent it. I checked and the specialist never received anything from Laura. Finally, I was forced to go to the emergency room, because Laura never responded AVOID LAURA JACBOBS AT ALL COST!! SHE IS ARROGANT, UNCARING AND OFTEN INCOMPETENT.
