I have been seeing Dr. Kaye for years, and have always found her to be very caring and knowledgeable. Yes, I have had to wait a little for her sometimes, but I understand that these kinds of doctors do have to deal with urgent matters, and I think all doctors can keep you waiting sometimes. I am not a patient of Dr. Kaye and I see one of her colleagues in her office. Dr. Kaye took my call after hours and gave me several options and wanted to know what my decision was. I told her I would go to Putnam ER. I arrived at Putnam ER and was told to speak with her again. As I am on the phone with her explaining the situation, she explained what they would do at the hospital. Within moments, she said I will walk across to the hospital myself and see you. Again, not my doctor, I've only seen her a few times 6 years ago when I was pregnant with my son. Now she walks over, I get taken in right and examined immediately. She was very honest, caring and always provided all the information she saw and knew. After I was brought to ultrasound, as I'm waiting for transport back to my room in the ER, Dr. Kaye arrived to discuss results when the tech was just reviewing them. After all this, it is way past after hours. She received my blood results and came back immediately to me to tell me… the results. She updated my doctor, her colleague about everything that was happening. She never left my side. She went beyond the call of duty and I am not even her patient. She was so thorough and helped me understand everything and what to do next and follow up care. I am so grateful for her and her care last night. The best!

Dr. Laura Kaye is very friendly and caring. Always spends time with me, answering my questions and clearly explaining everything. I highly recommend her! Wonderful doctor that returns calls, and always greets you with a smile.

Had her as my obgyn this past year and every appt was rushed left me unanswered questions and uncomfortable.. she made me nervous and at the end I refused to have her anywhere near me or my child because she started she basically Verbally attacked me for calling her out on her unprofessionalness.. while in the hospital all the nurses said they hate working with her and she panics in emergency situations leaving them to take control of the situations. I have heard horror story’s from other people who had her as a dr including coldness from miscarriage and not believing symptoms which almost caused someone to potentially lose her child.. she should not be practicing

I was hemorrhaging in her office. She said that I didn't have an appt and that was her introduction to me. She did an quick exam, where I bled out, she handed me a pad and paper sheet from exam table and told me to go to er. She walked out leaving me in a sea of blood. Her nurses took care of me after I walked to the door begging for help. There was blood everywhere. Then I am prepped for surgery and waited 3 hours, I was getting out to bed to use the bathroom and she was loud and arrogant and told me that I was going to get catered so why bother. She bullied me to stay put. Then I called emergency line for heavy bleeding and she answered her service, completely rude and out of breath (on treadmill) like she had no time for me. My post op appointment was scheduled and then rescheduled. I called 14 days after my procedure to get pathology reports, nursed called me end of day on a Friday and said they don't have it call Monday. I called Mon. and cancelled any followup. She provides… horrible service, very arrogant, doesn't listen to patients or provide any welcoming communication. She was Rudnicki replacement.

Dr. Kaye seemed very rushed for time at my annual exam. She did not do a breast exam even upon me inquiring on how to do self-exams. I am considering getting a new doctor.

Love , love Dr. Kaye! I highly recommend her to anyone looking for a obgyn. She truly cares about her patients!
