Worst office staff ever. I was sure I schedule my appointment for 11 (which is lunch time for me and I can make the point of leaving work to attend the appointment). I got a call saying my appointment was at 8AM (work hour for me...) and that I would have to pay a $50 fee for no show?! Excuse me, I was ready to show up at 11AM when my appt was supposed to happen. Previously, I came in for an appointment at 9AM and doctor didn't show up until 10AM, because someone messed up in the appointment, not doctor's fault but yet I didn't complain and didn't charge a no show fee/1 hour late fee either. The office staff is so rude and not organized and not responsive - When I received my first bill I tried to pay online (never got my log in info) and over the phone (no over ever called back) to pay my bill. I had to get out of work to go there and pay my bill. I mean, even to get their money they are complicated and not reachable. When I called to talk about the mistake on the no show fee… I was told "I will send your records to your house, is the address the same?" "If you're not happy now you won't be happy because that's how we run our business." WOW GREAT RETENTION STRATEGY! not Staff is rude and poorly trained. Never going back. Never referring.
