A traumatic event triggered problems that made for the worst year of my life. As a result of this event, I started experiencing panic attacks, anxiety, depression, inability to sleep, plus uncontrollable random thoughts day and night. I followed the recommended course of action. I saw 3 psychiatrist that prescribed medications that were not effective, spoke to a social worker, attended group anxiety classes, tried meditation/ hypnosis/acupuncture and worked out diligently 6-7 times per week. All of this was done over a year with no success. Then I went under Dr. Kramerâ??s care. She initially conducted tests to determine what chemical deficiencies I might have. Then systematically she created the necessary balance. Within 3 months, I started feeling better and by 6 months I was back to where I wanted to be. She always listened to me, was thoughtful and a great source of support. I always knew she was there for me, day or night.
