Dr. Laura Jean Mcgovern, DO

Dr. McGovern needs to get off her pedestal and realize she puts her pants on one leg at a time just like the rest of us. She is extraordinarily rude, dismissive, ignores your concerns and leaves the office and is down the hall before you realize your appointment has ended without her even saying goodbye. Your concerns will not be addressed and she seems to be irritated by her patient, the opposite of what anyone looks for in a doctor. Perhaps she should get herself some help before she attempts to help others. Don’t go to her, you will be sorely disappointed in every way possible. And your health issues will not be taken care of. However, Barbara, at the front desk is wonderful and always very helpful. She deserves special recognition. Adios Dr. McGovern.

She is the most hateful doctor I have ever met she views her patients as enemies no empathy for any pain the patient is in her appearance is grotesque her teeth are grotesque her hair is grotesque her clothes are covered in crumbs and stains don't expose yourself to this cruel person counterfeit as a healer

Worked as a nurse in a facility that had her as a M.D for numerous patients. She would go upwards of 6 months to a year of not seeing them. Very unreliable person.

Waited 90 minutes past my scheduled appointment. Doctor immediately started reading and sending messages when she came in. Wrote a prescription for medicine I said I was allergic to. Pharmacy faxed request for blood pressure meds on Saturday. When it had not been filled by Wednesday, I called and was told by office staff the fax was probably in the Morris fax machine. She laughed and said they're only there on Monday and can never remember to check for faxes!

This doctor you'll be waiting for 40 min. or over an hour. Has unknown Dr's calling you for unknown reasons. Seen her twice had a full blood panel done. Now, I'm to get a Sleep study, she suspects apnea, as well as Endoscopy, Clonoscopy, I generally avoid doctors for these reasons. Without explanation, the hospital calls to schedule these, then an unknown dr. contacts me for Gerd? What's that? I expressed my feelings to this doctor which obviously she seems to overlook entirely!

Amazing physician and staff. Highly recommend.

Dr Kucinski is very caring and on point. Phone messages were answered the same day and the office staff is very nice.

When I first seen her liked her. But the last few visits she was 2 hour late 3 times I went. Lab. work put in last minute b4 n different dr appt. They don't answer the phone and she doesn't follow thru. She is Thorough once u get in the room. But other than that. Find another doctor.

Appointment time scheduling is horrible. Follow up on Labs, X-Rays Horrible
