im very blessed to have dr kulik as my doctor down to earth pleasant listens to you not rushed at all and knows her stuff

Dr. Kulik is great at giving you the worst case scenario and discussing any possible options. That’s about it. There is no follow up from her whatsoever. Any and all treatment that you need (that she recommended and said was needed) you will have to continuously call/ email to ask when she would put in the order for the test/exam that she told you was needed. Results... good luck with that. She may as well tell you that you have cancer with no suggestion for an appointment or next steps. You’re left with questions upon questions. I have never met a more unprofessional physician who does not care about the care of the patients she’s seeing. I see she’s gotten better reviews, but I must have gotten her bad side... proceed at your on risk.

I HAVE NEVER HAD A BAD EXPERIENCE WITH THE DOCTOR OR HER OFFICE STAFF. KATY IS NO LONG WITH THE GROUP BUT WAS VERY NICE AND LISTENED AND I DID HAVE A TOXIC REACTION TO A MEDICINE ANOTHER PHYSICIAN PRESCRIBED FOR ME THAT LANDED ME IN THE HOSPITAL

I am saddened to read reviews that are less than stellar. Dr. Kulik and her close staff have been thorough, patient, open to consider all treatments with discussion before decision making. Dr. Kulik listens with sufficient time to answer all questions, significant or insignificant. Pre testing was comprehensive to confirm my liver disease and proceed with options of treatment and held decisions to patient (myself). Less than one year from diagnosis, I have been bed ridden, wheelchair bound, walker dependent, cane dependent, TO full health and well being independence. This would not have happened if it not have been for Dr Kulik, Katie, Lindsey, Dr. Chang and many others in radiology and other departments.

Dr. Kulik was the physician within the hepatology group who saw me most regualrly and frequently in my pre-transplant care. She provide excellent quality services and knowledgeable accurate advice and care for me up to the time of my transplant which in large part due to her diagnosis and care was extremely successful. My transplant was four years ago and I am doing exceedingly well physically and emotionally and I have every expectation of looking forward to a full and fully functional life thanks to Dr. Kulik and the entire hepatology staff at Northwestern.

To cut the long story short the worst doctor I have ever encounter.I would not recommend her even to my worst enemy.Does not care about a patient not even a bit.

it has been discovered that I am gadolinium toxic and dr kulic, thru her nurse "katy" refuses to consider this highly toxic substance as a "POSSIBLE" cause of my liver inflammation. All other Drs I have seen all agree it could very well be the culprit because it cannot be in my body without also being in my liver...HOWEVER, this hepatology office would not even CONSIDER the possibility or attemp tp help my find out if it is....TRULY DOES NOT REALLY CARE AT ALL ABOUT HER PATIENTS.

Dr. Kulik was my doctor for pre-liver transplant. She was very knowledgeable and choose the correct time to list me on UNOS. I didn't experience major difficulties prior to listing due the care I received.
