My first visit with Dr. Lawson was great! I felt comfortable with her, and she was very thorough. Also impressed with her NP, Taylor.

I was referred to Dr. Lawson by my gynecologist. Dr. Lawson made fun of and ignored my symptoms. She told me all women have pain and rashes when I had shingles with severe breast pain. She said my mother who had undergone a double mastectomy and reconstruction didn't have cancer. She insulted Dr. Pat Whitworth in a way to insinuate he didn't have competence. Very arrogant. I had to go to another doctor to get the help I needed who immediately gave me the correct treatment and resolved the issue. If she didn't have competence or interest in my problem, she should have referred me to another doctor instead of being disrespectful and refusing to figure out what was wrong with me.

She has a very gentle rapport with her patients. She touches my arm for reassurance and is very caring and compassionate. She makes sure I understand what's going on and that I take advantage of all the things available to help me with my challenges. She even sat with me until I went out for my surgery so I wouldn't be nervous.

She's the best!

An excellent doctor/surgeon. Smart and on top of things, she partnered with me in my treatment. Put me at ease and didn't browbeat with her intellect--in fact, she's very nice.

This is the doctor I want if I ever need more breast surgery. She took the time to answer all my questions, explained the procedure thoroughly, performed the surgery as described, followed up and always had a smile and cheery attitude. Her NP Kate is wonderful!
