I have been a patient at this practice for over 30 years and have experience with all the PCP and Office Management changes over the years (Dr Feltzer, MillCreek Medical and now Regional Medical). However, I must echo the comments below regarding rudeness and unprofessionalism of the current Office Staff especially the Office Manager Sue Cassidy. The tone and the way Sue talks to patients is so bad. I am amazed that Dr Manfield allows this behavior to continue from her Office Manager because she and the other Nurse Practitioners are so compassionate and thorough during office visits. Many of Dr Manfield’s patients are dealing with serious health conditions and everyday stress and deserve more politeness, professionalism and compassion from the Office Staff, no matter what the issue is!!!

DR. MANIFIELD WAS PLEASANT IN HER APPROCH FOR CONCERN FOR ME. SHE WAS A VERY GOOD LISTENER AND EXPLAIN THE REASON FOR BLOOD TEST I AM TO HAVE DONE; ALSO SHESAID WOULDCALL ME TO LET ME KNOW THE RESULTS; WHERE BEFORE I HADTO ALWAYS CALL TO GET THE RESULTS FROM MY PREVIOUS DOCTOR. C.L.N

I am a retired nurse and really know how a doctor should be with their patients. I have yet to be disappointed with her or her staff. Also, I never pointed out my prior career to her, on purpose.I have seen this Doc now for several years and have remained impressed with her interaction, treatment and knowledge knowledge.

Dr. Manfield is my husbands Dr. She is very nice and easy to talk to. Listens to problems and takes action.
