Dr. Laura Mckenzie Martin, DO

Doctor Martin will put you on mental health medication for YEARS ON END and than for no reason cut you off without a taper even after the doctor that you were seeing there(dr g) sent in taper scripts. She will go behind HER OWN TEAMS BACK and CANCEL THE SCRIPT ILLEGALLY THAT WAS MEANT TO TAPER YOU. She practices malpractice and is a very unpleasant awfully irresponsible “doctor” who leaves her patients with a sickness to a medication or multiple medications and nothing to help taper off of them with which is completely illegal and unacceptable she is not someone who should be allowed to practice at all let alone have her own office.

I've had nothing but awesome experiences at this office. All of the staff members are very kind and helpful especially Lindsey. Anytime I've called for meds or anything and had to leave a message someone has gotten back to me right away. Dr. Martin has been a positive key role in helping me throughout this journey. She understands me as a whole; not just one aspect of my life and health. One of the nurses, Rebecca, has also been extreamly helpful dealing with all if my insurance issues and has been very patient with me when I've been a pain in the butt. I couldn't have asked for a better team. I'm so grateful for everyone in this office.

As You see by my title, I think you can see I think a lot about Dr,Martin, She has taken care of Me for so many years.She is understanding and caring,She may be besy as She always is.But She goes over Your chart and comes in,We talk about what might be going on in My life to have hurt Me.And I can:t understand how anyone can say such mean things about Her.My Daughter Passed away. She took the time to call Me,It was so wonderful I still have it on My phone.So FIVE stars for Dr, Laura Marten.

I was treated very poorly at this office.

I am now a former patient due to the fact that Dr. Martin refused to see me after I paid on a bill I owed. I needed to se her for a heart problem so I could be referred to a cardiologist and I got no call back for an appointment. So this should tell how concerned she is with her patients health. I would not tell my worst enemy to go to her!!!!

She left during the exam and never returned. Does not answer questions or return phone calls.

Rude, short and no bed side manner. Long waits to see doctor and she spends 3-5 minutes with you. You can never get a hold of the office, they never answer the phone...it doesn't matter when you call. You are better off staying away from this practice if you are looking for good care.
