Make an appoinment, someone was to get back to me with the details, but never did. In the meantime the billing department calls me twice to get my insurance information. Don't like feeling like I fell through the cracks when I have waited two weeks for the appointment. Perhaps the billing dept should take over the appointments.

I have been to MANY doctors and really appreciated how Dr Laura McEnerney treated me. I needed to see a Gastroenterologist right away for having had 3 weeks of constipation. My family doctor had thrown up his hands and told me I needed to seek a specialist. I was able to get a same day appointment. She listened intently and patiently and she carefully assessed all medications I currently take, my medical history and reviewed the test results I brought with me. She was able to detect a part of the problem that no other doctor I have seen ever thought to check. She has also ordered more procedures to check out what is happening. In addition I have suffered with an enlarged fatty liver for 20 years since I had a liver resection. Her knowledge and comments of that problem were very reassuring. I told her I had stopped taking cholesterol medicine as I was afraid it would cause more damage to my liver. But I recently learned that I now have some heart blockage that I need to have fixed… soon. She assured me the medicine it would not affect my liver and was more important to prevent more buildup in my heart. She also recommended for me to take low dose aspirin to help open up the area until I can have the procedure done for my heart. My Cardiologist hadn't even mentioned that. I feel very blessed that I was led to see her.
