I was a patient of dr pointers for about 2 years. I stopped going there because she always seems to be in a hurry, when she comes in to see you, it's always a quick visit and you really feel rushed. It's difficult to get an appt too. Everyone in the office is short with you. I didn't like the way dr pointer operated or how her office is run. I chose to leave and find another dr.

Dr Pointer seems to have no time for her patients and is curt in her remarks.She types while you are talking to her and doesn't seem to concerned about you.There is no time spent on your records prior to entering your room. She has incompetent people call you with test results which they cannot explain.If she does not have the time to call you ,she shouldn't take so many patients.Nor does she explain the tests she is giving you. If she does not want you to use internet medicine,she should do better than this

Dr. Pointer is always in a hurry and is borderline rude to patient and staff. Do not even attempt to get any help by telephone between appointments. If you have a problem that needs immediate attention you will be given the next available appointment or told to go to the emergency room. You WILL NOT be worked in by her ever!! Would not recommend her to anyone.

I have noticed that Dr. Pointer is extremely rude to the staff. I have also heard her talking negative regarding another patient. She refuses to speak to patients on the phone. Also. The wait time (in the waiting room and the exam room) was twice as long as the actual visit. During my yearly appointment, she only spent 5-10 minutes speaking to me. I would not recommend her to anyone.
