Excellent care and service! I don’t feel rushed, she listens to me and answers my questions in very understandable way! Doesn’t talk over my head, language that the layman understands!

Did not have appointment needed to talk to her about how I was feeling was coughing at night and early mornings checked me out wrote some prescription for the cough said would see me in a few days. I'm 83 she treats me like her grandmother I love her very much more than just a doctor patient but a friend.

Dr. Purdom is a rare gem. In face to face appointments, she is personable, professional, and genuinely vested in her patients well being. I have never felt rushed nor had my concerns and questions not taken seriously. On those occasions where communication through the Health Star patient portal is preferred, Dr. Purdom and her staff are quick to respond to messages, often within a few hours time. Dr. Purdom and her staff are a wonderful team of healthcare providers. In my opinion, she and her team warrant a “6” on a scale of 1-5.

I love her! She's very caring and genuinely wants what's best for me. I can talk to her about anything without feeling unheard. I couldn't imagine not having her as my doctor.
