I was Dr Robledos paitinent for about 17 year's and never had an issue with her. I was heart broken when out of the blue the clinic called to re sec dual because she was leaving! I wish I knew where too I would follow.THANK YOU FOR YOUR SERVICES.

I’ve been Dr. Robledo’s patient for many years. She is always to explain her findings on every visit. She actually listens to my questions and answers them and gives great recommendations. She’s the best doctor I’ve ever had!

I had made an appointment at her clinic because it was recommended by my healthplan. I called and made an appointment to get a pap smear, I show up, all the staff is asking me what the visit is for, I say pap smear, meet the doctor and she discusses us doing a pap smear in the future, and after 1 hr and a half, I leave the clinic without a pap smear. The way the rude secretary with the chola eyebrows and the fake colored contact lenses set it up, I ended up with that first appointment plus 3 more to discuss lab results, get an actual pap smear and thennn discuss the results of said analysis. 4 appointments for this? completely inefficient and a waste of time. I'm pretty sure the only ones doing quality work are the nurses. I've gotten pap smear and discussed results in 2 visits with a doctor twice in Mexico. There are no excuses for this doctor.

They make to many mistakes , they give to many meds and not hep
