Dr. Laura Helen Rogers, MD

I've been with the same immunologist for ten years. As her practice has grown, the concern has been how quickly she's been able to get to the next patient. Cutting that relationship is bittersweet- 10 yrs when you have PI is a long time. Dr. Rogers has been understanding of this and has been making the transition smooth and easy. She answered questions via email prior to my first appointment. At my first visit, she spent an hour with me where I did not feel rushed. I had 2 follow up questions which I sent via email. They were answered nearly instantly. For anyone complaining that she did not have accurate info about parking... You stay longer you pay more. Common sense. Complaining about her answering the phone? I'm sorry, but I appreciate that- it means she isn't so self important that she can't step In and help when needed. When I was there she checked another patient in. I appreciate the all hands on deck approach. I would like to think that if I were in there dying of anaphylaxis,… her staff would all step in- not just the dr because she's the Dr.

OMG! Where should I begin? My first phone conversation was with the actual doctor. She answered the phone and was just as unprofessional and confused as the regular receptionist who normally answers the phone. I was told parking should be $12, but it turned out to be $22. I cancelled my appointment, but my previous doctor has already faxed over my records so I thought to go ahead and make another appointment. I called back 3 weeks later only to find out that their phone, fax, and computer system has been not been working properly, so they claim that they didn't receive my records. The receptionist advised me that I could get my previous doctor to mail the records to them from Texas. I just hung up! If you don't have a computer system, phone and fax that works properly, why in the world are you in business. You are supposed to be a doctor's office .

Because of her I almost lost my voice, no matter how kind she is, she doesn't know enough medicine, when you give a wrong diagnostic, and admit to it..what can I say, learn more..

I have had a great experience with Dr. Rogers in the treatment of my wasp and hornet allergy. Highly recommended.
