Dr. Laura is patient, kind and very helpful. She is the best doctor I've experienced in years!

I have seen Dr. Rokosz (pronounce "Ro-kiss"), several times now in a year with a few medical issues to work on. I cannot say enough about this doctor's knowledge base, willingness to provide flexible visiting hours, and she makes you feel comfortable. She's friendly and easy to talk to. Also, you can get in for an appointment so much quicker than possible in the larger OB-GYN clinics that you find all over the place.

Dr. Rokosz provided excellent information and options for my specific issues. Her follow-up was exemplary. I highly recommend her.

I've been with Dr. Rokosz for the last 5 years and am so happy I have found a Dr. of her caliber. She continually proves herself to be a Dr. dedicated to her patients. I had a brush with endometrial cancer in 2013 and because of her diligence, skill and devotion, she saw me through the ordeal and to date, I remain cancer free. She readily called in specialists to ensure the best results. I have quarterly follow up visits and I've never found Dr. Rokosz or her staff to be anything but friendly, caring and totally professional.

The staff at this office is rude, customer service is bad. I had trouble getting my prescription authorized to my local pharmacy. I ended up not getting it, they would refuse the pharmacy even though I told them I needed to take my prescription as soon as possible .They would make you call back several times and not help you with your request. Ladies at the front desk seem very unhappy about their jobs and are very rude on the phone. I would not recommend a place where patients are not treated as a priority and their well being is put under risk by not authorizing medications. I won't be using their services again and advice other women to find a better physician with a kind staff.

Dr. Rokosz has been one of the most caring and intelligent doctors I've ever had. It's not easy to find a good doctor who is capable of follow up with a patient's health issues. For a while, I was so busy at work, I kept postponing to call for an appointment, and ended up receiving a certified letter from her office. I feel comfortable asking her any health related questions. I've also noticed that she spends a lot of time with every single patient and takes care of them before moving onto the next appointment which is a very rare high quality to find in any doctor anymore. She treats her staff very nicely, and the staff is highly skilled and knowledgeable. I feel very lucky to find an amazing doctor and staff.

I have had a very poor experience with this doctor. Dr. Rokosz seems first and foremost concerned with making money and not about treating patients She clearly gets a finders fee because her first response to your problem is to "refer" you to some other specialist on her list that she recommends before even bothering to see if she can do something about it. I went to her for two problems last year that were not resolved that she used as an excuse to refer me to other doctors that was a total waste of time as well as quite costly. This happened twice. My new doctor diagnosed both problems I had last year quite simply just by hearing what my symptoms had been without even seeing me at the time and her diagnosis did not merit having to see other doctors. She also found things Dr. Rokosz didn't even test for or find that I have had for some time and would have probably had forever if it were up to Dr. Rokosz. She is also ridiculously overpriced charging $60 more a visit than my new doctor… for far inferior service. And don't expect to ask about birth control, for example, on your yearly visit because she will require you come a second time for another 200 dollar visit to answer those questions. Every chance or way she can make money off you, she'll milk it. That was definitely my experience with her each time I went there. She is also extremely rude to her staff to the point that it is uncomfortable to witness as a patient. One even gets the impression that she is more concerned with finding something her staff is doing wrong than what is medically wrong with her patients. I am so relieved that I have switched doctors and truly believe that Dr. Rokosz does not have her patients best interest ahead of her wallet.

I have found that the majority of office staff as well as the doctor to be rude, impersonable, and made my visit quite frankly extremely unpleasant. My situation was extremely sensitive and unfortunate and I truly feel that she made my experience far worse than it needed to be.

A costly consultation where the doctor was not listening but always right. No diagnosing was done.There was NO follow up on my medical records. When I followed up with the other doctors about the records, they stated they were sent over a month ago. I have never heard from the doctor or the office staff and when I follow up, they take a message and blow me off.Today, the office staff confirmed that the doctor did look at the records and aplogized that she didn't call me back. This is not the type of care I want to receive!
