The WORST!!! I cant get anyone to answer the phone EVER, its ridiculous!!

I can't for the life of me understand why Dr. Suarez doesn't have 4 stars plus. Yes, she's very matter of fact when she's talking to you. That's great with me, I don't have to guess what she wants to know. Actually she's probably the best dr. I have. She takes time to see just how much you're hurting and does what she can to make you as comfortable as possible. If she doesn't know something right off hand, she'll get her book out and figure it out. Although, if you're looking for someone to baby and pamper you, maybe she's not the right dr. for you. Her main interest is to help you get better, not hold your hand. I'm good with that! I like Dr. Suarez very much and her staff is top notch!!

I have seen Dr Suarez for 5 years. I find her to be highly competent and I am confident in her treatment and diagnosis. She does a thorough exam each month, and reviews previous notes and labs. While she does sometimes seem disorganized, I do feel I have her attention during my appt. She did come to see me when I was in the hospital. Her staff always greet me warmly and are equally friendly when I leave. If I need an appt between my monthly checkups, I can get one very quickly, sometimes the same day that I call. I will say that my first few months with her were not as positive as my current experience. She seemed abrupt and not totally engaged. However, she always seemed interested in providing the best treatment. Now, after 5 years, we have an excellent doctor-patient relationship and I feel she has my best interests in mind.

Dr Suarez is a very caring rheumy. She may run a little behind sometimes, but that is because she takes the time needed with each patient. She thoroughly checks my joints and goes over my symptoms and what I have been experiencing since my last visit every single time. She also keeps a very close eye on my lab work due to the medications I am currently on. I would recommend her to anyone. By the way, the reason she does not allow children in her office is because her patients suffer from auto-immune disorders, and she does not want them to get ill from being around a potentially sick child.

Dr Laura and her staff are professional and care about the patients. Dr Laura takes her time to ensure she addresses all of the patient concerns. She stays current with new medications that will allay the progression of the disease and provide patient comfort. She is very thorough in examining the points of discomfort and disease progression. I am comforted in knowing I will get the care I need.

I have been in horrible pain for 6 years and have been to numerous doctors and surgeons. FINALLY, I was sent to Dr. Suarez who ran numerous tests, MRIs and diagnosed me with Rhuematoid arthritis and fibromialga. I have had terrible debilitating back pain and she was the first doctor to have an MRI done on my C and T spine as well as my Lumbar spine. These tests brought light to numerous problems. I now have a new spine orthopedic surgeon, and the medicines and changes that Dr. Suarez has suggested have changed my life!! Thank you Dr. Suarez. Her staff is not always on the ball but they are all very busy and I think they are trying their best. I highly recommend Dr. Suarez to anyone that really needs help.

The staff was rude on the phone, and even more rude and vile in person. The dr was also extremely rude and uncaring. Not only do I not recommend them to anyone, I will never use them again and will drive to Austin to get appropriate and timely care.
