Dr. Lauralyn Cater is amazing. She's a rare find. I treasure her and am very thankful to have a doctor who is so attentive and kind. The staff has been respectful and helpful. Nothing but 100% postive appreciation here.

Average time you'll spend waiting past your apt time-an hour to hour and a half. Average time doctor will spend in room with you-an hour to hour and a half. Chances of her remembering to order labs and tests she said she would - zero! Chances of her remembering anything that was discussed in your last apt - zero ! Chances the office staff and her will lose your paperwork, lab results and medical records - 100%.Chances you'll be given incorrect information due to lack of proper knowledge - 100%. Chances her nurse/assistant will reek strongly of alcohol - 100%. Chances she will withhold refilling your medications due to an error on her part - 100%. Chances you will be given the wrong diagnosis - 100%. DO NOT GO TO THIS DOCTOR !!! She needs to go back to school. Both her and her staff need to be re educated.

I am leaving this practice after numerous attempts to give them the benefit of the doubt. Each experience has proven problematic.

Easy to schedule appts, not much wait time. Dr Carter seems to be well informed and is excellent with patients, as are the nursing staff. Office admin ...

I've been here three times so far and highly recommend. Easy to schedule appointments and little waiting time upon arrival. The office staff are professional, friendly, efficient and very informed about various insurance plans. Dr. Carter is personable, professional, knowledgeable, takes time to answer questions and seems very caring and interested in her patients, putting me at ease. The nurses and lab staff are professional, capable and good mannered. Every visit has been excellent.

This doctor cares, she has a heart and wants to get to the root of the problems and has a sincere desire to help people. Her bedside manner is very warm. She doesn't mess around and linger on and on, she gets to the issue. I appreciate her care, and how she has helped me. She always goes the extra mile. THANK YOU
