These interferences can occur at any point during our lives and they sometimes leave us searching for ways to cope. I work with people to uncover their true wisdom. I use tools such as Cognitive and Behavior Therapy, Acceptance and CommitmentTherapy. My focus is mental, emotional, and spiritual health and wellbeing.
