Dr. Agnew was amazing. During a routine eye exam and an Optomap scan, she was able to detect and underlying medical condition. Early detection prevented it from getting bad. There were so many frames to choose from. I love my Dita frames and designer sunglasses. I can't wait to go back to check out the new inventory.

Buyer Beware! I spent over $1000 on prescription eyeglasses and sunglasses about 6 weeks ago. I called last week about one of my purchases, was told they had to call me back, and they never called back. So I went into the shop this week and was told they would not help me. They cited that they have a “no return policy” and shut me down. Not helpful, not accommodating. This small business isn’t doing a good job ensuring repeat business. Stay away.

I love my eye doctor! My astigmatism has always been a challenge. Dr. Agnew helped me tremendously. After my eye exam I needed some glasses. They have the best selection of designer frames in the New Orleans area. So many to choose from. I chose l.a. eyeworks. Love them!

This doctor is ego-driven. She charges you additional fees for things that should be covered in a comprehensive exam. Do not question her or she will condescendingly respond to you. There are better and more friendly eye doctors in the area to deal with.
