She listens to my concerns and ideas. She lets me tries things that I’ve researched that could potentially help lower A1cs. Since I’ve started seeing her, I’ve had the lowest A1cs in my 21 years as a T1D. I saw a comment below about an 8 month wait time which made them give her a 1 star rating and I don’t think that’s fair for 2 reasons. 1- she can’t control the fact that all of her appointments are full and she’s allowed to have a life too, and 2- the fact that she is THAT booked means she is that in demand and amazing. I’m so thankful I was able to get into her. I waited 6 months and it was worth it!

Dr Baker us always ready to answer any question I might have and doesnt rush me

she is not a " expert" in patient with insulin pump.

Although I have not seen Dr. Baker yet, I want to let everyone know that there is a 8 month wait for new patient visits to see her. If I had cancer would it take that long to see a oncologist? If I had a heart attack and was in need of bypass surgery would it take 8 months to schedule it? I think not because I would probably be dead by then. I will keep this appointment but I will be looking for someone else to see in the meantime.
