I will give you an example of how she answered questions I have on the medical treatment of my disabled brother, who may be dying, which no one is exploring Q: “Is there a way that we could prescribe cognitive behavioral therapy to help him process the trauma he has experienced in the last few years?” A: “If you have a problem with the way I practice, you are welcome to find someone else” Q: “How can we move him off of the medications that are hurting him, and onto medications that are more typically used with Fragile X?” A: “I think it’s dangerous to say that the medications are hurting him. I think that’s extremely inflammatory” She begins her appointments soundly on the defensive, in a manner making it impossible for her to effectively communicate. She should be sent to further training on active listening and medication monitoring
