Dr. Lauren Burns, DO

I have been seeing Dr. Burns for nearly three years and my wife has been seeing her longer. I was tired of the lack of attention my previous physician provided...not with Dr. Burns, she diagnosed an issue that I apparently had for years of which I was unaware. She referred me to the specialist that was equally good. Dr. Burns...you are stuck with me as your patient!

my son and I had an appointment with Lauren Burns, She came into the room, I started to tell about myself, and she was walking out the door!! I asked her if she was returning, she replied I will be back~ after 5 min or more her assistant came in I asked if the Dr. was returning, she replied "Well NO"!!! I had spent approx. 3 mins with Lauren Burns!! I had to turn to the Patient Advocate, to even get my scripts. Went down the hall she did the same to my son!! She is the rudest person I have ever met!! She had the nerve to charge $250.00 per our 2 visits!! I hope no one ever has to go thru the pain and suffering she caused me and my son!!

Dr. Burns is great she treats my whole family. We always have such an easy time getting an appointment and getting treated fast. She is loving a caring doctor.

Dr. Burns is a very compassionate and caring person. She took a great deal of time with my mother, who is almost 95. She is gentle and knowledgeable.

My family has been going to Dr. Lauren Burns for over two years now. She is the only Dr. who has ever called my home with our test results and discussed them on the phone and what to do. She is very complete in her exams and interviews. Great Dr.

Dr. Lauren Burns is a wonderful doctor. I can always get an appointment the same day when I am very sick. She spends time with you and is very helpful. When my whole family was sick she actually took all of us at the same time-her office treats adults and children-so you don't need different doctors for everyone in your family.

I was very displeased with this physician. I had several questions and she already had one foot out the door. I decided to give her a second try as all people can have hectic days and I politely stated that I had several questions and had the samed rushed experience. I felt like a number. She spent less than 4 minutes with me on both visits. I would not recommend her. She has a long way to go to fill her father's shoes. He was wonderful, so relatable and took his time.
