Dr. Lauren M Byrne, DO

First visit was a 2 hour wait. I did had an appointment and was asked to arrive early to do paperwork and I happily obliged. I was in the waiting room with two toddlers for over 1 hr and 15 min and then almost 45 min in the exam room before seeing the doctor. I had to ask multiple times to different staff members what the issue was, and was never given a straight or correct answer. I did like the doctor. She was thorough and caught something the ER doc did not. That was their saving grace that I will be a returning customer but I was clear that if I had another 2 hour wait I would not be back. I have had nothing but the run around today though with forms that were filled out incorrectly at my visit. This will cause a delay of my son starting school because I was not given a timely call back and had to be notified by the school that it was not complete.

I appreciated how you took your time not only talk to me, but to interact with my newborn son. You were able to respond to my concerns with knowledge and in a way that made me feel confident in your ability to care for my son as he develops.
