Great doctor and great practice. Very glad that I switched over to Dr Cook from another family practice in the area. Wish I'd done it sooner!

Dr. Cook has been my lifesaver during this coronavirus pandemic. She has spoken with me over the phone and handled my health concerns during this stressful time. She has always been so kind. I appreciate all she does for me and my family.

I had been following with another local physician for many years and was never quite comfortable or happy about the visits- I was just used to going there for so long and being a creature of habit, didn't ever find a new primary. Through the recommendation of a friend of mine, I made an appointment with Dr. Cook. She's lovely! I'm so happy that I switched to see her. She instantly made me feel comfortable and I know that she will take great care of me. She never made me feel rushed, answered all my questions, helped me with a current problem that my other primary never did, and left me feeling relieved. I will continue to schedule with Dr. Cook and I have been recommending her to anyone else needing a new primary or those not happy with their current doctors.

Dr. Cook is great! I'm going to bring my whole family to see her!

Dr Cook is one of the sweetest doctors I've had the pleasure to see. She is an absolute joy and has such a bubbly personality. I love coming to see her, as does my whole family. Highly recommend her!

I haven been a patient with Dr Ruppersberger for many years.I needed to get in for a sick appointment and he wasnt available so I booked with Dr Cook. She was fantastic and I will now be switching off between Dr Ruppersberger and Dr Cook for my care as they both have taken great care of me.

Dr Cook is fantastic! I just met her as a new patient today and I was so impressed. She was kind, listened to all my complaints/questions, and helped me with each of them. Dr Cook is great and I would recommend her to all my family and friends...and I WILL!

Dr Cook is one of the nicest young physicians I have ever met. She always gives me the time I need when I come in. She thoroughly listens to my problems and we work through the treatment plan together so we are on the same page and I leave the office knowing that she listened to me but most importantly, that she HEARD and understood me. I would recommend Dr Cook to any one of my family or friends!

I had a 515 appointment as a new patient. I arrived at 510 and had all the paperwork filled out within five minutes. I gave the receptionist my paperwork, who was extremely nice, and went to go sit down. I'm in the waiting room for 45 minutes, so I go to the receptionist and express that I had a 515 appointment and it's now 6, how much longer because I have somewhere to be at 645. She ask one of the assistants how long till she brings in a patient because the patient is asking. The assistant says with an attitude "I'll get to them when I can". The receptionist was very apologetic. I said if the staff is going to be rude, maybe she shouldn't be rude when the patient is standing right there. I asked to have my copay refunded so I could leave. Once again, the receptionist was apologizing, even though it was not her fault, and she said she would get someone else, so I decided to wait. Within a minute, someone calls me in, just so I can now sit in the room for a half hour waiting for the… doctor. I got out of the room and told them to refund my money because I was leaving. The doctor came to the desk and the receptionist informed Dr. Cook that her 530 appointment was leaving (I was given a 515 appointment, but I can see that they told me 15 minutes earlier so I can fill out the paperwork, which is understandable). Instead of the doctor apologizing or saying something to me, she looked at me and walked away. I was waiting over an hour and 15 minutes to be seen by Dr. Cook and she had no care in the world to say anything to me. She is rude and unprofessional. I would suggest them blocking off more time with their patients and scheduling less patients a day so people are not wasting their time waiting to see a doctor for well over an hour.

I have been a patient of Dr. Ruppersberger for over 20 years. I love Dr. Drew, Dr. Tom and especially Bev (and Kitty before her). 18 months ago, I made an appointment for ear problems and Bev was unavailable so I got Dr. Cook. I was appalled at such a great office, they'd have a young doctor who was condescending, dismissive and belittling. I mentioned I was looking to see if there was something to take to manage my RA symptoms because the 10 Aleve I was taking a day wasn't doing anything for the inflammation levels I was experiencing. Each issue she brushed off as "bursitis" or "tendonitis"...which, I'd think would be weird to a doctor that a 36 year old would randomly just have tendonitis through her entire body without an underlying condition. Also, the fact that she obviously hadn't read my chart from my visit 6 months before that, when I saw Dr Drew and blood work was done and he and I discussed managing my RA symptoms in-house until my bloodwork showed the appropriate markers.… All I wanted was to try an anti-inflammatory that might have worked. Instead, the resident who was working with her, implied i was drug seeking and clearly, that's why her attitude was so cold when she entered the room. She didn't let me finish a sentence without interrupting to say "that's just bursisits and I've seen worse" or "that's tendonitis, that's just tendonitis" In 20 + years of being a patient at that office, I never asked or been prescribed a narcotic and I wasn't asking for one then. She dismissed me but telling me to see a specialist. I used the TeleDoc service offered by my job and spoke to a doctor in Philadelphia on the phone for 10 minutes the week after this AWFUL experience and was prescribed a prescription anti-inflammatory that was a GAME changer. I have not been back since and found out the PA has left so it's time to find a new PCP (which makes me sad since I've been with Dr Drew since he finished school). I don't want to wait forever at the doctors and pay a co-pay for a doctor to tell me to make an appointment with a specialist (who usually takes 2-3 months to get into) because she didn't want to help.
