Best doctor I ever seen gets things done right. answers all questions very kind hearted person

I routinely wait over an hour in the waiting room and another 45 minutes in a treatment room before being seen. She is rarely in the office and scheduling appointments are almost impossible. Often I am called the day of my appointment or 24 hours priors to my appointment to reschedule, which is extremely unprofessional. She also has ordered tests prior to speaking with me. Overall, I would not recommend her.

I think she is a wonderful doctor and will continue to see her.

My problem is scheduling an appointment with her. She is only there Monday, Wednesday, and Friday's. Trying to get a hold of her was really hard for me when she only comes in 3 days a week. If you have a real issue you may want to find a doctor who is available Monday through Friday. Also when it comes to making an appointment or even leaving a message be prepared to wait on the phone for a long time. Other than that, this doctor is friendly.

As a new patient did have to wait several weeks to be seen. Spent almost an hour with a new patient; thorough in gathering history and understanding of past and current concerns. Gentle and warm. Very professional. Gave details of treatments including pros and cons. Allowed patient to make decisions after explaining possibilities. Researched past lab tests and information on line. Showed interest in emotional as well as physical well being.

Very nice, very professional and made me feel like an old friend.
