Dr Fredrickson took care of me in ER when I couldnt breathe right for bad bronchitis(Ive had lots of breathing problems over the years). She quickly got me the meds and machines I needed and may have saved my life. She calmed down my family and let my other dr know. Admitted me to hospital but was better in a few days. Very comforting presence because i could tell she knew what she was doing. Hope she works next time I have to go to ER. Good nurses too

Felt like I was treated as a Drug Addict. Just had major surgery and was taking meds as prescribed. about 5 days after surgery at home developed a condition and had to be rushed to ER. since no contact was made to family I was treated like "ANY" individual and apparently she sees more drug overdoses than anything else. after talking to other medical professionals other avenues could have been taken I did not have to go through such a traumatic experience. Dr. Lauren Fredrickson needs to show compassion and communicate with patient or family to do her job efficiently. At least once the patient is coherent let them know what and why you did what you did. In the end I survived so I am grateful but I will also be mentally scared for life by the experience. Also I got the feeling that she enjoys doing this to "addicts" to scare them. You are not the law, your job is to make someone healthy again in the best means possible. Law enforcement will do the rest.
