Not a fan at all. Very abrupt with gynecology exam. Terrible bedside manner.

She’s a very cold person. No bedside matter at all. If you want a caring doctor and one who will answer your questions and show compassion don’t go to her. I’m leaving her practice for a doctor who will take the time to sit with you and at least try to show some compassion through a difficult time.

This doctor shared my private sonogram pictures with nurses without asking my permission or having me sign off on anything. When I had complications from a miscarriage she did not do frequent enough blood testing to confirm if I was pregnant or if I had lost the baby. She was incredibly cold and unhelpful. She told me I would not be able to have children. I left this practice and went to Medical Arts in Utica, I would tell anyone to get away from her and go there instead. My miracle baby is now nine months old! Dr. Giustra made an incredibly difficult time in my life, the loss of a baby, a complete nightmare. Stay away from this doctor.

I've been seeing Dr. Guistra and Dr. Desai for over 7 years and I love them both! At first Dr. Guistra intimidated me and I found Dr. Desai much more warm, but the more I got to know Dr. Guistra, she really has grown on me. She really cares about her patients.

After my mammogram, the radiologist recommended additional tests. It took Dr. Guistra's office 2 weeks before sending records to my (also Horrendous) insurance company who required a "peer to peer review". THAT didn't happen until ONE MONTH after my inconclusive mammogram!!!Then they made an appointment for a surgical opinion for 3 WEEKS LATER! So now I have been waiting 2 MONTHS to find out if I have breast cancer! THIS IS TOTALLY UNPROFESSIONAL AND UNCONSCIONABLE.
