Dr. Lauren Maria Hamilton, MD

She takes time to listen and gives thoughtful advice. I was fortunate enough to have her see me through two C sections, and now she is helping me to navigate perimenpause. I trust her completely.

Dr. Hamilton was amazing! I was 42 and pregnant. I had a lot of complications. She was so kind and caring...very patient. Every doctor that she referred me to while in her care was amazing also. She took her time and made sure we had everything we needed! There is no one better!

Dr. Hamilton is A Wonderful doctor. I refer her to all my female friends.

Demeaning and gave misinformation. Sent me to hospital and had another male dr show up to my appt after she rec a procedure that got me in a lot of trouble. She then had my follow up appt canceled twice when I tried to switch to the dr I saw. She is a horrible person who does not care about her patients! I saw her for seven yrs for regular check ups and was shocked at her lack of loyalty or concern when something went wrong.

Nothing good to say so will let that speak for itself and say nothing at all

AGREE with the last post - this is the rudest doctor I have ever been to and she thinks she is GOD. It must be nice to be as perfect as Dr. Hamilton, she can keep it. I won't be back.

Rude, condescending, zero bedside manner. I would never go to her again

I appreciate Dr. Hamilton and her staff. They have been courteous and efficient. For instance, they found the fibroid I have, even though it is hard to find. She is fast and that might be off putting to some patients but she answers any questions and I have not experienced long wait times. She wants patients to make up their own minds about procedures. She doesn't push you in one direction or another, She just gives you all the relevant and current information. I am heavier than I should and she never has made comments on my weight. Perhaps she warns patients if she sees that the gain is on an upward slope. If your doctor tries to motivate you to lose weight, I think that is a good thing. Extra weight causes so many health problems, which is why I am getting ready to tackle that next.

This is an excellent doctor. Attentive to all of your needs. She always discusses my overall health and weight and that is a GOOD thing. She is interested in me physically and emotionally. What kind of doctor would not address weight gain, obesity and the effects on your health? This is one of our country's number one problems! She doesn't only discuss it but gives helpful ways to manage it and is very empathetic.

I can not think of one nice thing to say about this doctor unfortunately! Worst bedside manor ever! Was told if I did not loose weight I would die! Which to me 5'9 and 192lbs is not really over weight. She did my surgery and did not inform me that another doctor ended up doing my surgery for her. It was not until I came back for a check up and ended up with that doctor who informed me they did it. Was still having complications from that surgery went to another place and got a second opinion and that doctor could not believe that she had mis treated me the first time and had to go through another surgery!! This doctor is far from being KIND-Caring- and Compassionate. She needs to find a different field of work because being in the medical field is not for her!!!!!! If you don't mind a doctor with a bad bed side manor or being mis diagnosed or being told you will die if you are even slightly over weight then she is the doctor for you!!!!
