Dr. Lauren Herrmann, MD

Had questions for her and staff. Found them judgemental and unhelpful. Follow through and follow up is disappointing

My previous doctor left the area, so I sought out another office entirely. Dr. Herrmann is a very good doctor. She listened and took her time with me. She is energetic, without losing focus. The facility itself seems like it needs remodeled (or maybe a good cleaning), but she made such an impression that I wouldn't switch due to the facility.

I've been going to Dr. Herrmann for almost 3 years now and she has been my PCP in this time. In the beginning things were great. I would say the first year. Then suddenly things changed, not only with her, but with her nurse as well. There have been numerous occasions where prescriptions were not call in for me like they should have been after calling. There was one time I questioned a medication I was given because of the side effects and it not helping the issue. So for my issue I said if that is what you want me to take I won't get it and take it so please don't call it in. Her nurse/assistant called me back and told me they were calling in a medication for me. I asked which one? She got really rude with me said she didn't know she would have to go back and speak with the doctor and call me back. That was about 6 months ago and she still hasn't called back, even after I have called several more times. Most recently I had called (this week) with a medical question about a medication… I take and no one has ever called me back. I have called and left a message twice and also talked with the front office. I will be finding a new PCP because I cannot stand the thought of continuing my medical care here when it is very obvious she or her staff does not truly care about their patients.

Second time med refills not called in to pharmacy right

She is awesome, because Im not a good person to work with............ She is always able to deal with the cards I hand her...... Im a hot mess:(
